Fisher Price Kick piano July 7, 2010 Joanne Balkaran I think this is a great product to get for your infant between 3-8 months. It teaches them cause and effect. My baby was fascinated with the music after she kicks a sound. I would definately recommend iy. The only problem is that the triggers are on the piano keys so if she kicks elsewhere on the piano, it makes no sound. There are only 4 keys, so they have to kick on the spot or else no effect
My 3 month old really likes it. June 21, 2010 C. A. Petersen He loves the manual mode when he hits the keys and the songs play and the lights turn on. Some disadvantages- hard for baby laying on their back to see the keyboard. Also if the baby kicks to high, nothing happens. As a piano that makes sense, but trying teach a child cause and effect, it could be a little more sensitive.
Just Ok June 2, 2010 LB I bought this thinking my daughter would love it since she LOVES to kick everything in her crib. This caught her attention for a couple days, then it just sat there for a month or two. I went to turn it on the other day and it started playing...then playing..and it wouldn't stop! I wish I didn't waste my money on this. Hopefully the next baby will like it.
Amazing product for even the smallest baby. April 6, 2010 Retha Pittman (Garden Ridge, Texas United States) My grandson has colic badly. I ordered this product as a toy for him when he got a little older, however my son put the toy at the end of his crib when he was about five weeks old and the baby loved kicking it. It is an amazing distraction for a baby with colic. They don't go anywhere with out this little toy.
Baby loves it...Highly recommend March 4, 2010 Baby P's Mommy 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought this for our baby because at 2 months she was moving her feet a lot and we wanted her to have something to kick. There are two music settings. One that allows music to play all the time and the other only plays when the baby kicks. We have the setting on continuous music play. The baby loves kicking the piano and hearing the music. We would highly recommend this product. What we really like about this piano is that it's part of the precious planet collection. So the animals that are on the piano can be found in other precious planet products that we have. Our baby is able to recognize the animals and colors in other precious planet products that we have.
