 Not intrinsically bad... June 26, 2010

... but not something my little guy (10 months now) likes. It's very easy for him to grab, and we actually ended up with two of these, so we can always keep one cold (though something weird about the instructions suggested not *freezing* just *chilling*). But, for whatever reason, my little guy doesn't like to chew on it much. We've since gotten a little foot shaped squishy teether that he's a much bigger fan of.

I have tried other teething toys and this is by far my 4 month old son's favorite teething toy. It is easy for him to pick up and the wing shape makes it easy for him to place in his month.

I bought this little teether bug for my son for xmas when he was 5 months old, and he loved it. Even now at almost 10 months old he still chews on it and carries it around with with him. Its easy for him to hold and has different textures to soothe teething, sore gums.

Although it's not advertised on the packaging, customer service at Sassy promises that this teether is PVC, phthalate, and BPA free. (the rep indicated that they don't advertise these safety standards because they want you to call to confirm that each product is still safe at the time it is purchased) Great news!
